Welcome to Poetic Stitches! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. We've kept this as simple and human as possible — because you deserve clarity, not confusion. 🩷
1. About Us Poetic Stitches is a small, passion-driven apparel brand specializing in hand-pressed, made-to-order graphic tees. Every piece is crafted with intention and care, just for you.
2. Your Order By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you've provided (name, address, email) is accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- You understand our products are made to order and may take additional processing time
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will never affect orders already placed.
4. All Sales Are Final Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at kiara@poeticstitches.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
5. Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Processing times vary, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit.
6. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Poetic Stitches. Please don't reproduce or use them without our permission.
